I believe Ukraine is going into a Stage 5 of the DMT. It has a birth rate of 11, and a death rate of 15. Its population growth rate is negative. The death rate at some points is greater than the birth rate in Stage 4, but the population still increases. In the fifth stage, the population begins to fall as the death rate climbs higher than the birth rate. Such is the case in Ukraine.
