The article talks of drones being sent into the Congo by the United Nations. This will be the first time this has happened. They'll monitor the border between Rwanda and the Congo, which is very hostile. They will also monitor movements of armed groups in this area. The UN is trying to keep peace in this area, and the two Italian drones being sent it will help by being "an important tool to assist the mission in fulfilling the UN's mandate to protect citizens."
I believe these drones are a good idea to help monitor the armed groups of the area. There is great conflict on the Rwandan border. The UN's attempts to keep peace in that area are good gestures. And I feel as though this will be helpful in keeping citizens safe. The UN will be able to respond to any disruptions of the peace. And they will be able to do so quickly.
