The Ukrainian Parliament can not come to an agreement on their 2014 budget. The podium is being blocked, but Vice-Speaker Ihor Kalietnik reads out the agenda throughout catcalls of "shame" and loud sirens rising up. Kalietnik puts the 2014 draft budget to vote, and the main financial document was passed very quickly. The meeting is not over however, as fighting breaks out over votes on judicial issues and some MPs are struck and blood is shed. Voting is then switched to manual voting and pass a few items.
I believe it's atrocious that the Ukrainian Parliament is in such dismay. They are supposed to come together to decide issues for their country. Yet, they squabble. They even come to blows with one another. This is ridiculous. How can such a government rule a nation?
